Summer Projects 2025
Summer Projects are an immersive 6-8 week cross-cultural experience geared for young adults from the age of 18 to 24 years old. They were created so that you could have an extended opportunity to grow in your relationship with God, experience missional living with Summit Missions partners, and learn how to glorify God in all you do.

National
Syracuse, New York
Summer interns will be equipped and developed as young leaders while they assist Missio Church in the evangelization of an inner-city neighborhood. Summer interns will seek to immerse themselves in an inner-city community where they will prayer walk, serve people, build relationships, share the gospel and start discovery bible studies. They will assist the Missio team in organizing and leading corporate outreach efforts including neighborhood cookouts, youth sports programs, food pantry, and more. There will also be opportunities to work alongside partner ministries doing outreach in a local school, ministering amongst refugee communities, etc…
Mount Ayr, Iowa
Spend a summer in a small town with tremendous gospel need, serving along side a young and growing church plant! You will be under the care and direction of a seasoned pastor and church planter, who was a former pastor at Summit. You will get trained in ministry, grow in your relationship with God, as well as participate in local outreach opportunities. The pastor, in particular, has trained churches all over the country on evangelism and is eager to spend the summer helping you grow in the ability to share your faith with others.

Salerno, Italy
This is a unique opportunity to live out your faith, share the Gospel, and make an eternal impact by reaching university students in Salerno alongside Nuova Vita Church. Through intentional relationships, English language practice, and community events, you will play a key role in building connections with local students while growing in your own spiritual walk. We will also spend intentional time of formation, geared for your growth in your faith and to equip you for a fruitful lifetime of mission.
Manchester, England
Students will work with Redeemer Church, Manchester to grow in their own faith and calling, help build up the church, and extend the ministry of Redeemer to people who aren’t believers yet. This team will have weekly discipleship meetings, attend midweek small groups, serve on Sundays, and will also be involved in various events such as praise and worship nights, church-wide outreach events, and other events where the church partners with other community groups.
