Let God Carry It (Psalm 127)
Psalm 127 Unless the Lord Builds the House
We were never designed to carry what only God can hold.

Psalm 127 is the only Psalm attributed to Solomon.
Two Truths:
1) I wasn’t designed to carry the outcome of my labor. (v. 1-2)

Who am I depending on?
Our responsibility is only to be faithful.
The Christian life isn’t passive; it’s dependent.
2) I wasn’t designed to carry the outcome of my family. (v. 3-5)
Good gifts make terrible gods.
Deuteronomy 6:7 “teach them diligently”
Arrows are made to be launched.
Craftsmanship is not control.
What am I trying to carry that God already said He will hold?
If I stopped striving - what am I afraid would fall apart?
