Intimacy with God is one of our five discipleship outcomes, so we aim to be a people of prayer. Toward that end, we will make a habit of praying together, as a church family.
We will meet at the University Campus for a time of communal prayer on Wednesdays from 11:30am - 12:15pm.
You don’t need to register beforehand; just join us on the Wednesdays you can, expectant for God to move.
Baptisms
Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change - an act of obedience that tells your church family and the world, “I belong to Jesus.'“
If you have attended the Baptism Class (on August 16th), this is your day to publicly identify with Jesus’s death and resurrection.

Covenant Member Forum
If you are a covenant member of Summit Church, you are invited to our quarterly Forum, where we’ll talk about what God has been doing in our midst, some plans for things ahead, and how you can be involved.

Family Baptism Class
Baptism is an exciting and vital part of the worship experience for Summit Church. Throughout the New Testament, it is clear that the salvation experience was immediately followed by baptism. At Summit Church, we baptize adults and children who have consciously decided to accept Jesus as Savior.
Our next baptism date after the class is October 28th.

Adoption Interest Zoom
Are you considering adoption as a way to care for vulnerable children? The process can be overwhelming and confusing. We are providing an informational online meeting where you can hear more about the process and ask any questions you have.

Baptism Class
At Summit, we believe that baptism is a symbolic and public proclamation of what Jesus has done in your life and an act of obedience for every Christian. If you have trusted in Jesus as Lord and Savior, and have not yet been baptized as a believer, we'd love to invite you to be baptized!
The next baptisms at the University Campus will be Sunday, September 27th. On Sunday, August 16th, we will have a baptism class during our 9:45am service for anyone who wants to be baptized, or just to learn more about baptism.

Jamaica Mission Trip
Summit Church is mobilizing a team of 20 people ages 16+ on a hurricane relief mission trip to Grange Hill, Jamaica from November 7-14, 2026. The cost of the trip is $400 per person. While construction experience is welcomed, it is not required. The trip is open to all three of Summit's campuses.

Meal Packing Event
Summit Church is partnering with Kids Around the World to pack 100,000 life-giving meals for those in need. This meal-packing event offers an incredible opportunity to serve together as a family while making a difference in the lives of people who are hungry. All children are welcome to participate, although it is best suited for five-year-olds and older. Children will serve with their parents.

Seminary: Bible Exposition 2
These courses are perfect for ministry leaders, students, and anyone passionate about deepening their biblical knowledge and ministry skills. Whether you're considering formal theological education or simply want to grow in your understanding of God's Word, these classes offer seminary-quality instruction in a local, accessible setting.
Bible Exposition II: Communication & Delivery
Mondays, 6:00pm – 8:00pm, September 14th - December 7th

This course teaches students how to teach the Bible. Students prepare and preach three sermons or lessons (Gospel, Old Testament, and epistle passages), receive feedback from peers and the instructor, and read texts such as Spirit-Led Preaching and The Moment of Truth. Best fit for students ready to get real reps in preaching and teaching.

A broader, big-picture practicum on what it means to be a pastor — covering calling, character, family life, leadership, conflict resolution, and counseling. Students engage with key texts (Pastoral Theology, The Shepherd Leader, The Peacemaker) and write position papers on contested issues in ministry. Best suited for students seeking to understand what it means to be in pastoral leadership.

Freedom Groups
Freedom groups offer a powerful opportunity for you to deeply disciple and care for one another while growing together in loving community regardless of how long you have been a follower of Christ. Whether you’re struggling to overcome significant trauma, battling habitual sin patterns, or simply desiring greater intimacy and purpose in the Lord, Freedom Groups exist to guide you toward lasting freedom in Jesus Christ, as you experience healing and transformation.
Through thirteen weekly, Gospel-centered teachings and small group discussion, you will be equipped with tools to help experience transformation and freedom in Christ. You will learn to apply Gospel truth to the common struggles of identity, suffering, and sin while in the company of loving, supportive community.

Student Camp 2026
Student Camp is an incredible opportunity for our students to grow in their intimacy with God and build relationships with one another. As we intentionally walk through God's word, our desire is to see students see, hear, and respond to the gospel and continue to orient their lives in such a way that shows God is their greatest treasure! Each day will consist of teaching, small groups, camp rallies, and so many other fun activities! Student Camp this summer is going to be a blast!
