Our suffering is under a greater reality. (Every storm has a ceiling.)
When life presses in, where do I look first?
2) Watch for mercy. (v. 2)
We look to God in complete dependence.
Waiting makes us aware of our powerlessness.
Waiting changes us. It reveals what we really believe.
Isaiah 40:31
We wait together. We need one another.
Isaiah 40:31
What am I waiting on God for? Can I keep my eyes fixed on Him?
3) Bring your weariness to God. (v. 3-4)
Real faith doesn’t lie about the pain; real faith brings pain to God.

Jesus meets our pain with understanding and cross-bought mercy.
