2025 Revive Us Recap
What a remarkable four nights of worship we enjoyed this past week for our “Revive Us” worship gatherings. Our time together of sitting under the Word, singing together and ministering to each other through our words of affirmation, prayers, and presence was a beautiful picture of what it means to be the family of God. This time shared together at Revive Us, inspired by the powerful words of Psalm 85:6-7— “Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you? Show us your steadfast love, O LORD, and grant us your salvation” — was nothing short of amazing and transformational. God moved among us in ways that exceeded our expectations, and prayers — stirring hearts, deepening faith, and igniting new passion for His presence.
To everyone who joined us night after night, thank you. Your openness to receive, your voices lifted in praise, your hearts surrendered — all made these gatherings truly sacred and special. We truly believe it was your faith, your posture of hunger, expectancy and participation that God was responding to through His Spirit to work so powerfully within our community.
As we look ahead, here is our simple but profound prayer for our church family: may the renewal kindled in these nights take root and flourish in each life. May seeds sown & watered in each of us be a wellspring of hope, joy, and steadfast faith in the coming days. We pray that your passion for God grows stronger, your walk with Him deepens, and His love shines through you in every part of your life bringing an incarnated Gospel to every man, woman and child in all of the places where you work, live and play.
To help keep this spiritual fire burning, here are some practical steps to consider:
Daily Devotion: Set aside time each day for prayer, reading Scripture, worship & solitude. Let God's Word saturate your heart and mind and feed your soul.
Stay Connected: Continue gathering with fellow believers. Get connected into a community groups, Bible study or discipleship group, to share encouragement and accountability.
Share: Talk about what God has done & is continuing to do for you by His grace and Spirit. The Gospel is always relevant & working so seek to maximize the opportunities to share it, for as you do, it keeps God’s work new and alive in you.
Thank you once again for your passionate presence, incredible hearts and vibrant voices at “Revive Us”. You are an amazing church. Let us carry the momentum forward, living revived lives that shine God’s light brightly. If you have a story to share from Revive Us, please share it with your campus pastor, we would love to hear from you.
With Great Love & Gratitude,
The Elders of Summit Church
