All Will Know Him Update

Below is an update from All Will Know Him, one of our partners in India who is planting house churches throughout the western region of India.

“As you may know, Mary left for India on September 23rd and does not return until Christmas Day. She and her team are working several opportunities.
 
First, we are graduating our first class of the Timothy Initiative Institute (TTI) we launched early this year. There are 27 aspiring Pastors that are in the process of starting their home churches in anticipation of graduation.
 
Second,  we continue the nurturing and discipleship of the many house churches already planted in the Bankura district of West Bengal.

And finally, the team is teaching English at the Bankura Christian College (very few Christian adherents - the school was established by the Wesleyans over 100 years ago under British rule) using faith based material. The students learn conversational English by studying the Bible. The Gideons of Kolkata India have provided 4,800 Bibles including 100 full Bibles in English and the team will be doing a distribution to all the student body later this week (November 24-25). Elective Bible studies are held on Saturdays and the three studies have over 30 regular students who are very hungry for the truth. The Word has not been taught or preached at this University in decades.”
