Leadership Communities

Leadership Communities give us an opportunity to provide teaching for the purpose of growing our people in the area of leadership.

Leadership Communities we currently offer:

• All Staff Meetings (for anyone at Summit who serves in any capacity of ministry, both inside and outside of the church).
• Small Group Leader Trainings (for our Small Group Leaders)

Leadership Communities we plan to offer in 2010:

• Spiritual Leadership (How do you become a Spiritual Leader?)
• Renovation (What is the true calling of the Church?)
