ID

ID is a two-hour, interactive learning community offered quarterly at Summit to help you define and discover how your spiritual gifts, ministry passions, unique abilities, personality type and life experiences identify your personal mission. ID is offered on both campuses!

ID Coaches
After you’ve attended the ID you will be paired with a ID Coach who will meet with you two or three times to help you dentify an area of ministry inside or outside of Summit where you can use the gifts, talents, passions and abilities you discovered in ID.

If you're registered for the upcoming ID:
Please print and fill out the attached ID Learning Community Handout before we meet and bring it with you. It will take you 1- 3 hours to do this.

Here are the instructions for filling out the information.
1. Please fill out the Spiritual Gifts Assessment on pages 3-6 by assigning a value of 1,2,3,4,or 5 to each of the 80 statements. Then score your assessment by transferring your values to page 7 and totaling up the score for each gift.
2. Please read the guidelines on the bottom of page 10 for the Personality Assessment. Be sure to think about a specific environment when you respond, for example, think as you are at work or at home. The assessment (page 11) is more accurate if you think in terms on only one environment rather than in all environments. YOU MUST ASSIGN ONLY ONE 1, ONE 2, ONE 3, AND ONE 4 TO THE FOUR WORDS IN EACH OF THE 20 ROWS OF WORDS ON PAGE 11. For example, you cannot give a value of three to two words in the same row. After assigning a value to all 20 rows of words, please add the total of each column of numbers and place the total in the four blanks across the bottom of the page.
